National Cricket - Sudurpaschim Province Has Won The Title

Nov 27, Kathmandu- Sudurpaschim Province has won the national cricket tournament for nineteen years. Sudurpaschim Gandaki won by 113 runs in today's match at the TU cricket ground in Kirtipur.

Pursuing the target of 214 runs given by Sudurpaschim in the game, Gandaki Province was reduced to 100 runs in 32.5 overs. Govinda BK scored 22 runs and Arjun Kumal scored 20 runs for Gandaki. Captain Subas Bhandari added 16 runs while Karan scored 15 runs.

Milan Bohora took six wickets for Sudurpaschim. Before that, Sudurpaschim, who batted first, scored 213 runs, getting all out in 49.3 overs.

Akash Chand scored 40 runs and captain Anuj Singh scored 37 runs for Sudurpaschim. Naren Saud scored 28 and Milan Bohora scored 24 runs while Hemanta Dhami and Gajendra Bohora scored 19/19 runs. Deepak Bohora was dismissed for 11 runs.

Captain Subas Bhandari took three wickets for Gandaki while Sudip Aryal, Sachin Raj Adhikari, Arjun Kumal, Sibrin Shrestha, Nirtish Giri, and Shishir Bhushal took 1 wicket each. The winner of the competition will get Rs 2 lakh and the runner-up will get Rs 1 lakh.
