Final Results Of 63 Constituencies In The Madhesh Province Assembly Have Been Announced

Nov 28, Kathmandu- So far, the final results of 63 constituencies in the Madhesh Province Assembly have come.

Final results from Dhanusha 4 (2) are yet to come. UML candidates are ahead there. After the election results did not result in a clear majority of the major parties and their alliances forming the government, the role of Janamat Party led by CK Raut and independent candidates has been seen to be important in forming a new government. So far, the Left-wing (Democratic Alliance) has won 28 seats and the UML-led alliance has won 22 seats.

Whereas Nepali Congress has 13 MPs, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) has seven MPs, CPN Maoist Center and CPN Unified Socialists have four MPs each. Janamat Party and independent candidates have won six seats in the provincial assembly. So far, Nepali Congress is in the first place and UML is in second place in terms of proportionality. JSP is third, Janamat Party fourth, Maoist fifth, United Socialist Party sixth, and LSP seventh. There are 107 members in the provincial assembly.
