Dec 30, Kathmandu- Man Bahadur Rawal, the senior member of Sudurpaschim Province, has taken the oath of office and secrecy. Provincial Chief Devraj Joshi administered the oath of office and secrecy to him at the provincial chief's office on Friday.

Other provincial members are also being sworn in today. Senior members will administer oath to them. 6 provincial assembly members are taking oath in the Tharu language. 5 people directly elected from civil emancipation and one proportional MP of Congress will take oath in their mother tongue.

State chief Devraj Joshi administered the oath to senior member Man Bahadur Rawal in the state chief's office, and the other 52 MPs have also started to take the oath of office and confidentiality. In Far West, there are 53 MPs including 19 from Congress, 11 from Maoist Center, 10 from UML, 7 from Civil Liberation Party, 4 from CPN-S, 1 from RPP, and 1 from the Independent.
