Jan 21, Kathmandu- New Delhi's Patiala House Court has decided to hear Nora Fatehi's defamation complaint against Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez on March 25. Nora Fatehi recently filed a defamation case against Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez and various media.

Nora and Jacqueline have been questioned by several investigative agencies in the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar and others. Although the case was registered before Metropolitan Magistrate Kapil Gupta on Saturday, the magistrate could not hear the case as he was involved in official training.

On 19 December 2022, the complainant's counsel requested the court more time to submit the list of witnesses. According to Nora Fatehi's complaint, Jacqueline's statement has damaged her reputation.
