Jan 23, Kathmandu- There has been a clash between the rights activists and the police who are protesting for the justice of Nirmala Kurmi of Banke. There was a clash between protestors and police in front of District Court Kathmandu.

Along with the clashes, some human rights activists, including Ruby Khan, who protested demanding a fair investigation into the disappearance of Kurmi, were arrested.

The police arrested the rights activists who came out in a protest and rally from Maitighar to Singha Durbar via Babarmahal.
