Jan 23, Kathmandu- District Police Office Jhapa has arrested two persons with a substance like brown sugar.

According to the police, they were arrested with 5 grams and 110 milligrams of a brown sugar-like substance that they were bringing secretly while checking the auto number 1-01-002 H 356 coming from Charali on Wednesday.

Among those arrested are Ajay Tamang, Santosh Rajwanshi, and one other resident of Jhapa Buddhshanti 3. Tamang was the auto driver while Rajvanshi and one other person were riding in the auto.
