Ganga Narayan Shrestha has become the Minister of Internal Affairs and Law, Kumari Moktan the Minister of Social Development, and Yuvraj Dulal the Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development from CPN Maoist. From CPN-UML, Keshav Prasad Pokharel has become the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Rameshwar Shrestha the Minister of Health, and Eklal Shrestha the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Transport.

Uddhav Thapa, who has already been appointed as a minister from the RPP, has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Water, Power, and Irrigation. Dambar Tamang has become the Minister of Tourism Industry and Cooperatives and Raju Bista has become the Minister of Forests and Environment from RPP. They assumed office today with the oath of office and secrecy.
