World Cup Qualifying Playoffs: USA Will Face Namibia Today

Mar 26, Kathmandu: The ICC World Cup Qualifier playoff tournament in Namibia begins today.

Namibia takes on the United States in the tournament’s opening match. The game will begin at 1 p.m. in Nepali time. The competition features six competing teams. The playoffs feature the bottom four teams from the ICC World Cup League Two, as well as the winners of the ICC World Cup Challenge League A and B.

Namibia is fourth in League Two, America is fifth, the UAE is sixth, and Papua New Guinea is last and in the playoffs. Jersey and Canada, Challenge League A and B champions are also in the playoffs. The top two teams in the single round-robin tournament will advance to the Zimbabwe World Cup. Nepal has already qualified for World Cup qualifying matches.
