Ayutchandi Mahayagya Being Held From 10th To 24th Of Baisakh

Mar 26, Kathmandu- Ayutchandi Mahayagya and Shri Ganapati Mahayagya will be held from 10th to 24th of Baisakh.

Organizers claim that this is the first time such a large yagya has been held in Nepal under the auspices of Marwari Sewa Samiti Nepal. It is said that Srimad Bhagawata Katha, Saint Conference and Shri Krishna Raslila will also be presented during the Mahayagya. 100 Kundiya Birat Mahayagya was organized by 251 Brahmins.

Mahayagya will be held in the Pashupati temple complex Hansa Mandap Bankali. The organizers said that it was organized for the construction of self-reliant Nepal, economic progress and industrial revolution. Anantashree Bibhushit Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shri Prakharaji Maharaj will be present at the Maha Yagya.

During the Mahayagya, 10,000 Durga Saptashati recitations, 40,000 Ganapati Atharvashirsha, 1,000 Durga Saptashati recitations and 4,000 Ganapati Atharvashirsha Shirsha recitations will be performed in 100 kundas in 15 days by 251 brahmins. Speaking at the press conference, Anantashree Vibhushit Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shri Prakharaji Maharaj said that Mahayagya will increase Nepal's power as well as increase its spiritual energy and the energy will increase its intellectual level.

Swami Shri Raghavacharya Maharaj will also recite the story at the Mahayagya.
