Renuka, Saru And Angela Leave For India Along With Sabitra To Play In The Indian Women's League

Apr 13, Kathmandu- Four players of the Nepal women's national football team have left for the Indian Women's League.

Forward Sabitra Bhandari and goalkeeper Angela Tumbapo Subba along with midfielder Renuka Nagarkote and Saru Limbu of the Nepali women's team went to India today (Thursday) afternoon. All four flew to India on the Nepal Airlines flight at 1:45 in the afternoon.

Although 6 players from Nepal have been contracted in the league, only four of them are going towards it now. Among the 6, midfielder Deepa Shahi and defender Geeta Ranamagar are in Nepal.

In the league, Renuka and Saru have been contracted by Kick-start. On the other hand, Sabitra Bhandari is contracted to Gokulam Kerala. Goalkeeper Angela has been signed by Sethu FC.
