: The process of electing a new leader for the Nepal Chamber of Commerce Association was concluded on Thursday.

The federal election process which began on Chait 28 (April 11) ended Thursday.

The Federation’s current senior vice chair, Chandra Prasad Dakal was automatically elected as chair.

Anjan Shrestha was elected Senior Vice Chair and Surukrishna Baidya was appointed as district/city Vice Chair.

In the same way, Jyotsana Shrestha got the opportunity to lead the district/city as the associate vice-chair, and Hemraj Dhakal won the substantive vice-chair.

According to the recent results, Shrestha got elected as the Vice President (Associate) by getting 846 votes. Her competitor Bharat Acharya got 781 votes.

There were 1,750 voters on the Associate side.

Voting was held on Wednesday at the Nepal Academy, Kamaladi to elect the new leadership of FNCCI.These are the winning candidates:
