RSP Chairman Lamichhane's Car Driver Found Injured After Falling off Top Floor While Condition Is Critical

Apr 17, Kathmandu: Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane's driver has been critically injured after falling down from a three-storied building in Bharatpur at Chitwan.

Dil Bahadur Thapa alias Shambhu (33-year-old) a resident of Bahrabise Municipality-3 in Sindhupalchowk, was found lying on the ground after falling down from the roof of his rented house at 4 am on Monday morning.

Thapa was seriously injured with injuries on his head and legs, police said. He is being treated at the College of Medical Sciences in Bharatpur. He was sleeping on the roof at night along with Kaluram Rajbanshi, the driver of RSP General Secretary Mukul Dhakal.

Thapa reached Damauli in Tanahun on Sunday with Lamichhane and was scheduled to go to Bara today. In the morning, there was a door-to-door program at various places in Bharatpur.
