Now only those who have passed SEE can go to Saudi Arabia!

Jun 11, Kathmandu- Nepali workers now need a certificate of educational qualification for going to Saudi Arabia for employment.

Such a certificate must be verified by the Department of Consular Services under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After that, the Saudi government arranged for the Nepali workers to go only after the verification from the Saudi Embassy. The educational certificate to be verified by these bodies is a minimum SEE-SLC.

Educational certificates below this level will not be verified. Therefore, now the workers who go to Saudi Arabia for any work, including labor, should have completed the study up to the minimum level of SEE-SLC.
