Jun 17, Kathmandu- The government is going to provide a 66-page electronic passport for five thousand rupees. The passport department has issued a notification and informed that it will be available for Rs 5,000 if you want to get a 66-page passport from the relevant district with effect from Sunday, the 3rd of Ashadha.

Earlier, when making it through the district administration office, one had to pay a fee of 10,000. The Council of Ministers meeting held on Jeshtha 24 had decided to provide the 66-page passport at the same price as the 34-page passport.

The passport department said that today all 77 district administration offices, area administration offices that provide passport services, and all Nepali delegations abroad have been informed about passport duties.
