Former Inspector General of Nepal Police Prakash Aryal, former Inspector General of Military Police Singha Bahadur Shrestha, former Head of Department of Political Science of Tribhuvan University Prof. Dr. Rajkumar Pokharel, Head of Department of Culture of Tribhuvan University Prof. Dr. Shom Prasad Khatiwada, Dr. Giri Panthi who has worked in the UN for a long time, former administrator Dr. Gokul Burlakoti, former General Ramnath Dhungana of the Nepali Army, former president of World Hindu Federation Pramod Kumar Chaurdia, Treasurer of World Hindu Federation Shyam Sundar Chhetri, well-known philanthropist Chandra Prakash Sharma Belbase who has been living in Maryland for the past 22 years, social worker Sarita Hamal and journalist and market manager Sangita Sarma are also included in the organization.

The research institute, which was built on the initiative of Navraj Lamsal, a former editor of Aarti Weekly and a young businessman, will conduct advocacy, discussion, study, teaching and research on the various problems currently seen in Nepal. Clarifying about the objectives of the organization, Navraj Lamsal said that according to the name of the organization, the main objective of this organization is study and research. This organization will discuss, debate, study and research on social, economic, cultural, eternal traditions, children's rights, human rights, and universal interests of the country related to Nepal and the Nepali people.
