Sep 28, Kathmandu- The relief teachers continued the street protest on Thursday as well.
Under the leadership of the Central Committee of Nepal Relief Teachers, the relief teachers have protested by tying black bands on their foreheads and dancing and singing on the streets from Maitighar to Nayabaneshwar in Kathmandu.
They have said that 40,000 relief teachers, child development teachers, and pension-affected teachers are in the movement with them.
The relief teachers have said that they have been betrayed by the teachers' federation and will continue their protest until their demands are met.
The Relief Teachers' Central Committee has alleged that the representatives of the teachers' federation failed to defend the relief and temporary teachers in the 6-point agreement negotiations between the government and the teachers' federation.
