Sep 30, Kathmandu- The joint war exercise of American and Indian forces has started in Alaska, USA. This is a joint strategic exercise under the ongoing military exercise between the two countries.
The Indian Army officials said that the forces of both countries conducted an exercise in Alaska on Friday. A contingent of the Indian Army has recently reached Alaska to participate in the exercise.
Military officials have said that this will facilitate the exchange of best practices and experiences, facilitate learning from each other, enhance interoperability, and strengthen the relationship between the armies of the two countries.
The joint war exercise will be conducted till October 21st. 350 soldiers of the Indian Army are participating in the Alaska version of the exercise.
