Curfew Imposed In Malangwa Area Of Sarlahi Inactive

Oct 01, Kathmandu- The curfew imposed by the local administration to prevent violent activities in the Malangwa area of Sarlahi has been lifted.

The all-party meeting led by Chief District Officer of Sarlahi Indradev Yadav decided to deactivate the curfew imposed in Malangwa area. The meeting has also decided to take out a large harmony rally on Ashwin 18th.

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha will participate in the harmony rally. Prazia Yadav informed that it has been decided to organize an all-party and all-party comprehensive harmony rally in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister.

On Ahswin 4, there was a clash between the 2 parties while the statue was being sold. After the clashes turned fierce, the administration issued an indefinite curfew order from 10 o'clock that night. After the situation improved, the administration reduced the curfew time on Ashwin 8 and set it from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.
