Armed Police Recovered 4 Weapons From A House In Rautahat

Nov 19, Kathmandu- Armed Police Force Nepal has recovered 4 weapons from Rautahat. The Armed Intelligence Bureau recovered weapons from a house located in Yamunamai Municipality-3 in Rautahat on Sunday.

DSP Shailendra Thapa, co-spokesperson of the Armed Police, informed that 3 cartridges of 9 mm pistol, 13 cartridges, 6 magazines, and 1 cartridge of an air gun were recovered.

Based on special information that weapons were hidden in the house, the bureau searched the restaurant on Sunday afternoon. Among the seized weapons, 2 pistols are written 'Made in USA' and one pistol is written 'Made in India'. DSP Thapa said that the SIM card of the mobile phone, the mobile phone, the citizenship issued in the name of Sheikh Ejaz Ahmed were also recovered along with the weapons. More operations are continuing in that area, while some people have locked their doors inside their houses.
