Nov 27, Kathmandu- An aggressive tiger that attacked and killed humans was brought under control from Makwanpur and brought to Chitwan. The tiger, which killed two people after attacking them, was darted and taken into custody at 9:40 pm on Sunday.
An approximately 10-year-old female tiger was brought under control from Manhari rural municipality-6 of Makwanpur. Two people were killed on Friday and Sunday due to tiger attacks.
To control the tiger, Chitwan National Park, Nepali Army, Hattisar staff and elephants, representatives of National Natural Conservation Fund technical Lothar Intermediate Consumer Committee, and public representatives were deployed. The tiger attacked and killed 43-year-old Hari Prasad Paudel of Dubichaur, Rapti Municipality-1, Chitwan in Dobhan under the middle area of Rapti and Lothar rivers last Friday. While searching for the tiger, the body of a man, whose identity has not been revealed, was also found from that place.
