United Modi Hydropower Will Issue 100 Percent Rights Shares

Nov 30, Kathmandu- United Modi Hydropower Limited is going to sell 100 percent rightful shares. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on the 13th of Mangsir has decided to issue 100% right shares based on the current paid-up capital to invest in hydropower projects.

The company has informed that the proposed right share will be approved by the regulatory body and passed in the upcoming general meeting. After being passed by the general meeting, it will be submitted to the Nepal Securities Board for approval. The company has not yet made a dividend proposal for this year.

Last year, the company distributed 7 percent bonus shares and 0.368 percent cash dividend. Currently, the paid-up capital of the company is 1 billion 23 crore 5 lakh rupees. After the issuance and distribution of 100% rights, the paid-up capital of the company will be 2 billion 46 million 10 million rupees.
