NSU Constructed A Temporary School In Jajarkot

Dec 01, Kathmandu- A sister organization of Nepali Congress, Nepal Students Union has built a temporary school for teaching in Jajarkot.

According to Dujang Sherpa, the president of the Indian Union, a 6-room temporary school has been constructed in Bheri Triveni Mavi in earthquake-affected Jajarkot. NSU donated labor and built a tower for the school. "We have constructed a temporary school building and handed over educational and sports materials", He said, "We have collected the necessary materials including the roofing sheets."

He said that the labor donation work will be continued. Navy Association Kailali helped the students affected by the earthquake with warm clothes and bags. Most of the school buildings in Jajarkot and Rukum West were damaged by the earthquake that occurred on 17th Kartik.
