Dec 02, Kathmandu- At least two people were killed and three others were injured in the shooting that took place in Las Vegas on Friday. A local news channel quoted the police as saying that the shooting took place at 5:34 pm local time.

The police revealed that two of the people who were killed in the shooting died from their injuries, while the other three suffered injuries and are out of danger. A spokesman for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department described the victims as homeless people.

Meanwhile, the ABC news channel said Friday's shooting in Las Vegas was unrelated to the recent events in Los Angeles. In that incident, homeless people were shot and killed and it is projected that they may have been targeted by a suspected serial killer.

The three victims are said to be sleeping alone on the pavement. The assailants are still absconding.
