Feb 12, Kathmandu- Uddhav Prasad Rijal, Director General of Transport Management Department, has been abused.

The revolutionary youth organization accused him of being involved in a license scam and abused him by blackmailing him on Monday. It is said that a group of the organization reached Minbhavan and blackmailed him.

"In the working room, the revolutionary communist party led by Mohan Vaidya has reached a group close to the Kalomoso Dale and is reporting", said an officer of the district police complex Kathmandu.

Lately, there has been a big scandal in the distribution of licenses. The authorities are also investigating this case.
