Feb 19, Kathmandu- Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been given 'Y+' security by the Mumbai Police after receiving repeated death threats. The police have tightened the security of his family as security challenges have increased.

Due to death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, the police have increased the security of the Khan family. According to Indian media, his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma has also been given special protection.

The police have alerted Sharma to go out in Salman's 'bullet proof' car while going to a public event. It is said that the police will be present before and after him in such programs.

In November 2022, Bishnoi received a death threat to Salman. For that reason, he was also given permission to keep weapons for security.

The police have now increased security regarding this incident. Especially the police is focusing on the security of Salman's brother-in-law Aayush.
