Feb 25, Kathmandu- Nepal has been defeated by Netherlands. In the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 series, Nepal lost by 8 wickets in the second match against the Netherlands.

Chasing the target of 173 runs given by Nepal, Netherlands achieved the target by losing 2 wickets in 37.5 overs.

Earlier, Nepal, who lost the toss and batted first, got all out in 49.3 overs and made only 172 runs.

Along with this, in this series, Namibia has won the series by winning 6 points with 3 wins in 4 games, while the Netherlands has won 2 games in 4 games and won 4 points. Similarly, Nepal has won only one match out of 4 matches and got 2 points.

With the completion of this series of League-2, now Nepal, Netherlands and Namibia will play a triangular T20 series. Nepal and Namibia are playing the first match of the series on Tuesday, February 27 at the TU ground.

Similarly, Nepal is now scheduled to play another series in the ICC Cricket World Cup League-2 in Canada next September with Oman.
