Feb 26, Kathmandu- CPN (Maoist Centre) MP Janardhan Sharma has said that the Speaker of the National Assembly will be on his party.

Sharma said this while talking to the media after the meeting of the House of Representatives on Monday. He said that his party has a claim on the chairmanship in terms of being the largest party in the National Assembly. He clarified that until now there is no agreement between the coalition parties on who will be given the post of president.

He said that the Maoist Center will have nothing to do with the leadership of the government in the coming days and said that the National Assembly Speaker will belong to them. "If he doesn't claim it, who will? No one has agreed institutionally. There is no institutional agreement," said Sharma.
