Case Of Molestation Filed Against The Operator of Indreni Program Krishna Kadel

Feb 26, Kathmandu- A case has been registered against Krishna Kadel, the operator of Indreni program.

On Sunday, a victim woman filed a case against the forced labor industry in the Kathmandu District Court. Saying that she was repeatedly tried to molest her and even went to the woman's room, the woman registered a case against Kadel, demanding full action and compensation.

According to the source, the victim woman has filed a complaint for the offense of Section 219, Section 223 and Section 224 of the Civil Code. Section 219 of the Civil Code, 2074 mentions the offense related to coercion, while section 223 mentions the offense related to the person receiving an office or professional service.

It is mentioned that if such a person commits a crime, he will be imprisoned for up to 4 years and fined up to 40,000 rupees. Similarly, Section 224 of the Code mentions the offense of not committing sexual abuse. It is mentioned that if someone sexually abuses someone, they will be imprisoned for up to 3 years and fined up to 30 thousand rupees.
