Committee Been Formed To Investigate The Weapons Of Durga Prasai

Mar 29, Kathmandu- The government has formed a committee to investigate the automatic weapons kept by businessman Durga Prasai.

The Ministry of Home Affairs on Thursday formed a committee to investigate the automatic weapons kept by the Prussians with a license. Rajendradev Pandey, joint secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, is the coordinator of the committee.

Among the other members of the committee are Rishi Paudel, deputy secretary of the law branch of the home ministry, police SP Santosh Bhattarai and Ekdev Adhikari, deputy secretary of the home ministry, member secretary. On March 5, two bodyguards of Durga Prasai were arrested by the police from the Supreme Court premises with automatic weapons and 100 rounds of bullets.

Bodyguards Deepak Khadka and Ram Kumar Dhimal, who were arrested by the police for carrying firearms with a license, filed a writ of imprisonment in the Supreme Court.
