Jeep accident in Kaski: 12 injured

Mar 31, Kathmandu- Twelve people were injured in a jeep accident that took place this afternoon in Bhadaure located in Annapurna rural municipality-4 of Kaski.

Police inspector Surya Rana, acting spokesperson of the District Police Office Kaski, informed that the accident took place at a place called Sallaghari in which the passenger jeep No. G1J 5547 was going from Pokhara to Bhadaure in Annapurna.

According to him, the condition of the injured has not been ascertained as the injured have been rescued from the scene and are being brought to Pokhara for treatment. The incident site is 29 km away from Pokhara.

The team of Nepal Police and Armed Police reached the spot and rescued the injured with the help of locals. The police said that the details of the incident are yet to come.
