Apr 22, Kathmandu- The government has declared a public holiday on Tuesday, the day when the King of Qatar will visit Nepal.

Government Spokesperson and Information Technology Minister Rekha Sharma informed media persons after the meeting that the cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to give a public holiday.

Qatar's Emir (King) Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani is coming to Nepal on Tuesday for a two-day visit.

Earlier, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping have also been given a public holiday.
