Apr 23, Kathmandu- Google Chat users are now able to send messages to Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Releasing a new update, the company has started a system where Google Chat users can now send messages to Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Google announced this new feature at the Google Cloud Next 2023 event. Earlier this feature was only available for beta users but now it has been released for everyone.

All paid customers of Google Workplace will be able to send messages to Microsoft Teams and Slack users using this feature. However, Google Chat users will have to use the Mio app for this.

Interoperability will enable organizations that use Google Chat and other messaging platforms within their domain to provide a more seamless experience for their users.

Although Google can send messages to Team and Slack users through Google Chat, users have to download and install the Mio app for this.
