Apr 23, Kathmandu- Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who arrived in Kathmandu on a two-day state visit to Nepal, has reached the Shital Niwas.

Amir Thani, who arrived in Kathmandu today, directly reached the President's residence from the airport.

Now the Qatari Emir is meeting with President Paudel. President Paudel is organizing a state banquet in his honor this evening.

Earlier, Qatari Amir Thani was received by President Paudel at Tribhuvan Airport. He was given a 21-gun salute by the Nepali Army in a very special room at the airport.
