Apr 28, Kathmandu- Bhojpuri actress Amrita Pandey has been found dead.

According to Indian media, she was found dead on Saturday in the Divyadham apartment in Adampur Ghat.

She had been in depression for some time. She went into depression after her marital breakdown with filmmaker-director Chandramani.

According to the initial investigation by the police, it was revealed that he committed suicide, Dainik Jagran reported. Amrita got legally married to Chintamani in Mumbai after being in a live-in relationship.

However, after some time, their relationship started to deteriorate.

If we talk about Amrita's career, she made her acting debut with actor Khesari Lal Yadav's film 'Deewanapan'. In this Bhojpuri film, the chemistry of both was much appreciated.
