inDrive Service Now Made Official

May 06, Kathmandu- The ride sharing app 'inDrive' has officially started its service from today. At the inauguration held today, Director of inDrive Nepal, Rita Pokharel, informed that the service has formally started from today.

He said, "We started the service for a few years for testing, after completing some legal procedures, we have formally started the service from today," he said. He said that after some time the driver and passengers will also be insured. He also informed that riders have to pay 10 percent service fee to the company for using the service.

The company today announced a partnership with payment service provider IME Pay. InDrive currently provides this service in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bharatpur and the company says that the service will be expanded to other cities in the future. Director Pokharel says that the company will also provide courier and cargo services in addition to ride-sharing.

InDrive Asia Pacific Communications Lead Pavit Nanda Anand said that they are excited to officially launch InDrive's service in Nepal. He said, "The Nepali market is very important for us and we are confident that our services will provide employment."
