May 11, Kathmandu- Armed Police Force (APF) and Birtamod United Club Jhapa are competing for the Shaheed Bhim Narayan Gold Cup title. According to the organizers, the match for the title will be held on Saturday at 2:30 pm at the lower Tundikhel ground in Dhankuta.

APF defeated Rastriya Jagriti Club Sunsari and Birtamod defeated host Dhankuta and reached the finals.

This year eight teams participated in the competition. The winner of the competition will receive 5 lakh rupees, while the runner-up will receive a trophy, medal and certificate along with 2 lakh 50 thousand rupees.

Although the competition started in 2055 was interrupted in between, it has been running regularly since 2063.
