No Agreement On The Mandate Of The Parliamentary Inquiry Committee!

May 05, Kathmandu- The meeting held to prepare the terms of reference of the parliamentary investigation committee in the savings fraud case of cooperatives has ended without a conclusion.

On Thursday afternoon, Law Minister Padam Giri along with members of the CPN (UML), RSP and the main opposition Nepali Congress held a discussion at the Singha Durbar.

In the meeting, the ruling party agreed to name the cooperative, but it is said that there was a disagreement on the name of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

Working group member Mahesh Bertaula informed that the meeting will resume at 8:30 am on Friday. He said that after agreeing on the meeting to be held on Friday morning, efforts will be made to open the Parliament meeting at 11 am.
