Jun 10, Kathmandu- The Supreme Court has scheduled the next hearing of the case against Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane on Asadha 4.

The order of the court has said to submit the charge sheet through the Attorney General's Office by that day. The bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Til Prasad Shrestha passed the order after today's hearing. Also, the Supreme Court has ordered to submit the complaints, indictments and other documents registered or submitted against Home Minister Lamichhane. The Supreme Court will take a decision on whether to suspend or not after receiving the missiles in the next hearing.

A writ was filed in the Supreme Court after the Attorney General's office gave a letter saying that there was no complaint, indictment and investigation on the matter of cheating in the sense of clean chit. The Supreme Court gave this order during the second hearing on the said writ.
