Jun 15, Kathmandu- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stated that the Indian people are always in favor of peace, security and progress. Posting on the social network X, Prime Minister Modi said that the people of India are in favor of peace, security and progress.

Addressing Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Modi mentioned in his post that the security and welfare of his people should be his priority.

According to Indian news agency ANI, before that, Prime Minister Sharif had congratulated Modi for being elected as the Prime Minister for the third term.

In his congratulatory message, Sharif mentioned the need to turn hatred into hope to determine the fate of the two billion people of South Asia. In response, Prime Minister Modi thanked Sharif and said that the people of India always stand for peace and security.
