Jun 25, Kathmandu- Burdwan Hospital located in Golbazar Municipality-4 of Siraha is going to provide free treatment to women suffering from uterine prolapse.

The hospital is going to conduct the camp from Tuesday in collaboration with the Madhesh Province Health Directorate. Hospital manager Dr. Sharika Goit informed that they are going to organize a camp for the treatment and surgery of women suffering from uterine problems. Still, many women are suffering from the problem of uterine prolapse in rural villages.

Some have hidden their illness due to poverty, while others have not been able to undergo surgery due to financial problems. We are organizing a camp to give free treatment, surgery and proper counselling to those who are unable to get treatment due to lack of finances. The surgery of the patient will be done by the team of gynaecologists and obstetricians Dr. Sharika Goit and Tej Shankar Yadav.
