Jun 30, Kathmandu- Nepal Student Union (NSU) has demanded the release of the School Education Bill, 2080. Union spokesperson Suraj Sejuwal issued a statement on Saturday and made such a demand.
UN spokesperson Suraj Sejuwal said that even though Nepal's education policies and laws have not been revised and amended in time, the results of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) class 10 have not improved qualitatively compared to the previous year.
Similarly, for the development and quality of school education in Nepal, the "School Education Bill, 2080" which has been submitted to the Parliament to amend and unify the law related to school education and has been registered, it seems certain that school education will not improve even in the near future. Therefore, the Union has requested the concerned bodies to issue the School Education Bill, 2080, to increase the state's investment in secondary education, and to implement a clear and stable examination system.
