Dead Bodies Of The Three People Buried In The Landslide Discovered

Jul 07, Kathmandu- In Tanahun's Shuklagandaki Municipality-7 Kaure, the bodies of three people who went missing after their houses were buried by a landslide on Saturday have been found. The bodies of one person who went missing when the landslide destroyed their house were found on Saturday night and two bodies were found this morning.

According to Deepak Rai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Tanahun, the bodies of 40-year-old Hira Nepali, 65-year-old Shyam Bhandari and 37-year-old Anisha Bastola, who disappeared due to landslides, have been found. Deputy Superintendent of Police Rai informed that the body has been sent to the hospital for post-mortem.

When the landslide fell on the house of Hira Nepali and Sunmaya Kumal, three people went missing when the locals were removing the belongings from the house. 40-year-old Bishnu Bahadur Nepali, 26-year-old Bishal Timilsina, 35-year-old Ravi Ghimire, 18-year-old Rupkumari Nepali and 15-year-old Bimal Nepali were injured in the landslide. The injured are being treated at the G.P. Koirala National Center For Respiratory Diseases in Shuklagandaki municipality-5 Belchautara.
