Jul 18, Kathmandu- A person has been arrested from Lalitpur on the charge of raping a 9-year-old girl.

26-year-old Nar Bahadur Khatri, a resident of Mahalakshmi Municipality-4, Imadol Tampo Park, Khotang Kepilasagadhi Rural Municipality-5, was arrested by the police on Wednesday evening.

Based on the information that Nar Bahadur forced the girl to lie down and took her to the vacant land of the Chinese Tile Factory compound in the same metropolitan city-28 Harisidhi, the police stationed from the police division Harisidhi arrested her.

The police head office said that the police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
