Jul 21, Kathmandu- A library has been established at the Congress Central Office. On Sunday, Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba inaugurated the library established at the party's central office, Sanepa.
Congress youth leader Shankar Tiwari informed that there are more than 32 thousand books in the library. He said that there are also historical documents including BP's handwritten diary in the library.
