Jul 23, Kathmandu- Bahadur Singh Lama of Nepali Congress has submitted his claim for the Chief Ministership of Bagmati Province.

On Tuesday, Lama submitted his claim for the Chief Ministership to the Chief Minister Yadav Chandra Sharma. According to Article 168 (2) of the Constitution, Chief Minister Sharma called on Sunday for the formation of a majority government by 5 pm on Tuesday.

The provincial chief's office has informed that after five o'clock in the evening, the state chief Sharma is preparing to appoint Lama as the chief minister.
