Jul 26, Kathmandu- The meeting of the Mechanism for the Facilitation of Transitional Justice (TRC) has begun.

The meeting started at the Ministry of Home Affairs at Singha Durbar. Earlier, the first meeting of the mechanism was held on Asadha 19 at the office of the UML parliamentary party at Singha Durbar.

The meeting was attended by Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, CPN-UML MP Mahesh Bertaula and CPN-Maoist Center MP Janardan Sharma.

A Facilitation Mechanism of three main parties has been formed to resolve the issues related to Truth and Reconciliation TRC and Disappearance Investigation, which have been pending for a long time.
