Dengue Infection In 64 In Chitwan

Jul 27, Kathmandu- Dengue infection has been observed in 64 people in Chitwan. During the examination of 300 people, dengue infection was found in 51 people.

Dengue infection has increased in Ichchhakamana rural municipality this year. So far, 45 people have been infected with dengue in the rural municipality. So far 6 people have been diagnosed with dengue in Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality. In the district, from Shrawan 2080 to Asadha 2081, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one people were infected with dengue. 23 thousand eight hundred and 40 people were tested for infection.

Especially in Bhadra and Ashwin, dengue disease is more common. This disease is transmitted by the bite of a female mosquito of the Aedes species. This mosquito bites mostly in the morning and evening.

This disease appears when water starts freezing everywhere during the rainy months. Symptoms such as eyeballs and headache, body aches, joint, bone and muscle pain, body rashes and bleeding, and high fever appear when dengue is contracted. Symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bleeding from the nose or gums, and bleeding appear.
