Aug 27, Kathmandu- Home team Nepal is playing against Bangladesh for the title of SAFF U-20 Championship.

Nepal came close to the title after defeating Bhutan and Bangladesh in the semi-finals, the former champion India. Both won the match on penalty shootout. In the pre-match conference held today before the final, the coaches and captains of both Nepal and Bangladesh teams said that they are ready for the final. Nepal's head coach Urjan Shrestha said that the match will be competitive as both the teams that have reached the final are good.

Similarly, Bangladesh coach Maruful Haque said that there were many ups and downs in the journey to the finals and that he is ready for the finals. Nepal and Bangladesh will face each other for the second time in the ongoing competition.
