Trailer Of Min Bahadur Bham's Film 'Shambhala' Released (Video)

Aug 27, Kathmandu- The trailer of the film 'Shambhala' directed by Min Bahadur Bham has been released.

The trailer of the film was released during the program organized in Lalitpur on Tuesday.

The trailer shows the story of 'Pema', who married 3 brothers according to the custom of polygamy in the Himalayan village of Karnali. The trailer has been prepared in Nepali and English subtitles.

After travelling to various international film festivals, 'Shambhala' is going to be screened among the domestic audience from Bhadra 28.

Speaking at the event, director Min Bham said that he is very excited and hopeful that the first theatrical release is going to be released in Nepal.

Thinley Lhamu has acted in the role of 'Pema' in the film. She won the prestigious 'Boccalino Dior' award for best performance at the world-renowned Locarno Film Festival held in Switzerland a few days ago with this film. This was the first award for a South Asian artist.
