Dr. Buddhisagar Poudel, Head and Joint Secretary of the Climate Change Management Division of the Ministry of Forests and Environment, said that this conference will be important from the point of view of climate finance, as the issue of 'Climate Finance' and 'Carbon Credit' will be finalized in COP-29 and the source of funds will also be determined.
